The first step to installation is separating the lens from the housing.  They are attached using black RTV silicon and two clips.  In order to take them apart, bake them in an oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.  Take the lens out of the oven and using a putty knife or flat blade screwdriver, gently pry the lens from the housing being careful not to crack the lens.  Also take care not to snap the side clips off (as they are in these photos)..

Once the housing and lens are separate, using a putty or utility knife, remove as much of the old RTV silicon as possible.  Then, drill a small hole on the top of the housing, near the lens to feed the angel eye ring wires through.

Using clear RTV silicon, adhere the angel eye ring to the lens.  Let the RTV fully cure before continuing.

Once fully cured, feed the angel eye ring wires through the hole you drilled.   Apply a liberal amount of the clear or black RTV to the housing and lens and mate the two parts.  You can also seal the hole you drilled for the wires with the same clear or black RTV silicon.  Allow these parts to fully cure before continuing.

The fog lights are ready for installation.  Mount the fog light back into the factory location and reinsert the fog light bulb.  Feed the angel eye wires up to the headlight so that the angel eyes can be connected to the parking lights.
